Michael Graham Sr. is an educator, mentor, and community leader with a passion for helping students recognize their strengths and reach their full potential.
With a background in education, administration, and curriculum development, Michael has spent years working to help students overcome academic barriers and discover how they learn best. His approach centers on meeting students where they are and creating support that reflects their individual needs.
Michael holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education Administration from Kansas State University and has served as an educational consultant, school leader, mentor, and community advocate.
Over the course of his career, he has mentored more than 1,000 students annually and has been recognized for his commitment to education and community leadership, including being named a Buck O'Neil Legacy Seat Honoree by the Kansas City Royals.
Outside of his professional work, Michael remains deeply involved in his community through mentorship, youth sports, civic involvement, board service, and family.
His belief is simple: when we help people understand their strengths and give them the right tools, we help them build a better future.
Marion Marshall
Executive Director
Marion Marshall serves as Executive Director of Today Promises Tomorrow, bringing years of experience in education, youth development, community leadership, and nonprofit work.
With a background in Early Childhood Education and Criminology, Marion takes a whole-person approach to supporting children, families, and communities. Her work is grounded in the belief that education, mentorship, strong relationships, and opportunity can create lasting change.
As an educator, mentor, motivational speaker, and published author, Marion is passionate about encouraging people to recognize their value and their potential.
She is also developing mentorship opportunities designed specifically to help young women build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong vision for their future.
